That’s Amore…  what a fun engagement session with Morgan and Colin.  We had the pleasure of photographing the couple on a beautiful (and hot) day all around Cleveland’s Little Italy neighborhood.  Lots of laughs were had by all!   Between the ab workout and the piggyback ride we kept them “workin”  but at least we ended with the chocolate milkshake!

Can’t wait for your wedding next year!  In the meantime …..  Go Flyers!

First Day of Second Grade….

Posted on August 26, 2010

This post is for me ….  I am not sure why the first day of school conjures up such emotions, but I got a little teary this morning after I walked Brody out to the bus….  And he is such a sweet, sweet boy – when I told him that last night that I was going to miss having him at home all day he said “don’t worry mom, I won’t forget you”…  so sweet.

Kate ~ Senior Session ~ Chagrin Falls

Posted on August 24, 2010

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of meeting up with Kate and her mom, Elizabeth,  in Chagrin Falls for Kate’s senior portraits.  What a blast!  Kate is young, vivacious  and a beautiful girl.

Elizabeth is originally from Chagrin Falls – they now live in Michigan.  Kate decided she wanted to have her senior portraits photographed in Chagrin Falls so mom and daughter made a little weekend trip out of it.  I am so honored that Elizabeth contacted me to photograph this very special portrait session.

Maureen and Dustin are perfect for each other! When you’re around them you can feel their connection and how their personalities compliment each other. I had an amazing time photographing their engagement session and their wedding did not disappoint!

Where do I start?  Beautiful couple, amazing setting, wonderful family, fun guests and a bridal party that ROCKED!  Mandi and Bill’s ceremony and reception were held at Mandi’s parents home  ~ a perfect combination of at home rustic feeling with a vintage flair.  Words cannot do it justice ~ it was simply beautiful…

Mandi’s vintage dress has a bit history to it…  it was given to her by someone who wore it to JFK’s inauguration.  How cool is that?

A backyard made for a wedding…

I just love this picture ~ you can just feel the happiness between these two families…

I absolutely love it when we are able to get the guest group shot!

Bill’s brother (the bestman) sang a song he wrote about Bill and Mandi, it was awesome ~ notice the band :  ).

Bill even got up and sang a few songs ~ I love it when the bride or groom sings!  So fun!

Congratulations Mandi and Bill!  Thank you for allowing us to capture your special day.
